In the early days, Gazoo Racing was a small team competing in extreme terrains, embodying founder Akio Toyoda’s philosophy - “roads create people and people create cars.” Today, Gazoo Racing is more than a brand. It’s a mission to develop the most exciting road cars. Just like athletes push their limits for the Olympics, Gazoo Racing pushes the limits of automotive engineering to set new benchmarks for all cars.
One Vision for the Future of Motorsports
Abdul Latif Jameel and AKIO TOYODA (President of Toyota motor cooperation) share a common philosophy when it comes to cars. They are more than just means of transportation. Following that philosophy, Abdul Latif Jameel Motors has been sponsoring Saudi Motorsports Championship along with SAMF (the Saudi automotive federation) since the 90s. Today, we are proud to be sponsoring motorsport icons like Yazeed al Rajhi, Dania Akeel amongst many others. As part of this vision, we have recently launched Rally Jameel, the region’s first rally competition for women.
